Business Development Center (BDC) - Sales Manager


Position Summary
Business Development Center (BDC) - Sales Manager
In this role, you will provide sales leadership to the BDC Sales Specialists (Inside Sales), the Technical Sales Managers and to the Independent Dealer Sales Specialists.

 

 

Director, DMS Marketing

Position Summary

Develops marketing strategy by identifying customer needs, analyzing the competition and working with the product management group to develop marketing plans.
Develops marketing plans which identify opportunities and indicate how to exploit them.
Supports DMS sales plans and manages staff.

 

 

Regional Sales Manager (North Central)

Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for aggressively enrolling existing Arkona franchise and independent accounts and selling Arkona/DealerTrack products to our growing Dealer customer base.

 

 

Installer/Trainer

Position Summary

In this capacity, you would be responsible for traveling to customers' sites (car dealerships), installing the Arkona DMS application, and then training the customers on how to properly use the DMS application. Extensive traveling is required.

 

 

Call Center Representative

Position Summary

As an Arkona Call Center Representative, you would be responsible for determining customer requirements; answering inquiries and resolving problems within the Arkona DMS application
