Training Terms and Conditions
ARKONA classroom training at our headquarters office is available for the price listed for the specific course. Airfare and landed costs for the trainees are the responsibility of the respective dealerships.

Payment Options
Purchase Order: To establish a new purchase order please call 866-478-6364 (dial 108 for Client Training). Company Check - To confirm your reservation, you must mail the check to:

Your reservation cannot be confirmed until we have received a purchase order number or a check.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
In order to receive a full refund, your change notification must be received at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled start date for training. Cancellations and reschedules received after this time will be charged 1/3 tuition. ARKONA shall not be liable for non-refundable travel arrangements if a course is rescheduled. To cancel or reschedule a class for which you have registered, please call us at 866-478-6364 Extension 108.
