Prerequisites: Experience in the use of the ARKONA accounting system
Skills Trained: You will come away with an improved understanding of the ARKONA accounting system. You will learn how to update and maintain inventory and name files, set up, enter and post various types of joint transactions, make on-line inquiries, and print a variety of financial and management reports.
  • Review of existing GL accounts, journals and schedules
  • Analysis of transactions and financials
  • Issue purchase orders
  • Receipting cash and bank deposit preparation
  • Automated check writing and handwritten checks
  • Reconciliation of bank statements
  • Overview of financial statements
  • Understanding the audit reporting process
  • Using accounting reports
  • Month and year end reporting

ARKONA classroom training at our headquarters office is available for the price listed for the specific course. Airfare and landed costs for the trainees are the responsibility of the respective dealerships.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
In order to receive a full refund, your change notification must be received at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled start date for training. Cancellations and reschedules received after this time will be charged 1/3 tuition. ARKONA shall not be liable for non-refundable travel arrangements if a course is rescheduled. To cancel or reschedule a class for which you have registered, please call us at 866-478-6364 Extension 108.
