Your training request cannot be confirmed until we have received a purchase order number or a check.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
In order to receive a full refund, your change notification must be received at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled start date for training. Cancellations and reschedules received after this time will be charged 1/3 training fees. ARKONA shall not be liable for non-refundable travel arrangements if a course is rescheduled. To cancel or reschedule a class for which you have requested, please call us at 866-478-6364 Extension 108.
