Arkona classroom training at our headquarters office is available for the price listed for the specific course. Airfare and landed costs for the trainees are the responsibility of the respective dealerships.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
In order to receive a full refund, your change notification must be received at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled start date for training. Cancellations and reschedules received after this time will be charged 1/3 tuition. Arkona shall not be liable for non-refundable travel arrangements if a course is rescheduled. To cancel or reschedule a class for which you have registered, please call us at 800-429-3375.
